PROJECT OVERVIEW
This 2024 infill development brought three independent residences together on one property while maintaining privacy, separate utility planning, vehicle access, and a unified architectural and site strategy. The completed project includes approximately 2,940 square feet of living area plus approximately 880 square feet of private garage space.

COORDINATED SCOPE
The development program had to organize three homes, garages, circulation, utility routes, outdoor areas, and privacy within one coordinated site plan.
Detached residences, separate utilities, private garage capacity, HVAC, laundry, and smart infrastructure support distinct household use within the multifamily property.
Solar, EV infrastructure, lighting, security, fiber, mechanical systems, and exterior improvements were considered as parts of the complete development—not late accessories.
