When applicable, those services may be provided by separately licensed real-estate professionals and supervising brokerages under separate agreements. License information may be reviewed through the California Contractors State License Board. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Infinite Development Group harmless only from third-party claims and reasonable losses directly caused by your intentional unlawful misuse of the website or your material violation of these Terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify Infinite Development Group for its own negligence, willful misconduct, violation of law, or any matter that cannot legally be shifted to you.

Nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or replaces applicable CSLB requirements, statutory cancellation rights, mechanics-lien rights or notices, consumer protections, licensing requirements, warranty obligations, payment rights, or other rights and duties that cannot legally be waived. These Terms do not alter rights or remedies provided by a signed construction agreement.

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies. A dispute concerning only website use may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires or permits another location.

This section does not restrict any mandatory California venue, small-claims option, administrative remedy, CSLB process, consumer protection, or other right that cannot legally be restricted.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the lawful extent possible or severed if necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect, provided that doing so does not defeat the essential purpose of these Terms or violate applicable law.
